This policy explains how magician and comedian Anders Andresen processes your personal data when you visit andersandresen.dk, send an enquiry, book a show, sign up for the newsletter or follow Anders on social media.
1. Data controller
Anders Andresen is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

2. Enquiries and bookings
When you fill in the contact form, send an email or call, the information you provide is processed. This typically includes your name, email, phone number, company, date, venue, type of event, number of guests and anything else you write in your message.
Enquiries sent through the contact form go to both Anders Andresen and his agent, Nicolaj Namyslo (No9 Agent), who handles quotes, pricing and scheduling. Nicolaj Namyslo is an independent partner and is himself responsible for the data he processes in his own business.
The information is used to answer your enquiry, send you a quote, and plan and perform the show. If an enquiry does not lead to a booking, it is kept for a period so that Anders can recognise you and continue the same conversation if you come back with a new event. You will not receive marketing by email or text message without your consent. Enquiries and contact details (name, phone number and email) are stored in Anders’ planning tool, Notion. Once a show is booked, the booking is recorded with the address and practical details in Notion and in Anders’ calendar, so he can find the venue and prepare. After the show, an invoice is sent and entered in the accounts.
Legal basis: The processing is necessary to enter into and perform an agreement with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). When you contact Anders on behalf of a company, your contact details are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in communicating with the customer (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Invoices and accounting records are kept to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice or via MobilePay (business). If you pay with MobilePay, Anders receives your name, phone number and the amount. Anders Andresen does not accept card payments and does not process your card details.
3. Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, your name and email address are processed so that you can receive news about shows and events. The newsletter is sent via Kit.
Legal basis: Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter or by writing to mail@andersandresen.dk.
4. Social media
Anders Andresen is on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. When you follow, like, comment on or message him there, the information you have made visible on your profile and your interactions are processed. Anders also has access to anonymous statistics about how the pages are used.
For Facebook and Instagram, Anders Andresen and Meta are joint controllers for these statistics. Each social media platform is responsible for its own processing of your data, and you can read more in their own privacy policies.
The purpose is to market Anders Andresen's shows, share relevant content and reply to messages. Legal basis: Legitimate interest in marketing and communication (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Please note that your comments and reactions may remain on the pages even if you stop following them, unless you delete them yourself.
5. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser so that the website can recognise your device. Andersandresen.dk uses cookies in four categories:
- Necessary cookies make the site work, protect the contact form against spam and remember your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Functional cookies remember things like your choice of language.
- Analytics cookies show how the site is used so it can be improved. Google Analytics is used for this.
- Marketing cookies are used to measure whether ads work and to show relevant ads on other platforms. Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads are used for this. Embedded YouTube videos may also set cookies.
Cookies that are not necessary are only set once you have given consent in the cookie banner. Cookies and tracking tools are managed through Google Tag Manager, which only activates them in line with your choice.
Legal basis: Necessary cookies are set under section 4 of the Danish Cookie Order. All other cookies require your consent under section 3 of the Danish Cookie Order and GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

6. Suppliers and recipients
Anders Andresen uses a number of suppliers who process data on his behalf as data processors, or who are data controllers for their own part:
- Simply.com: website hosting and email
- WordPress and Elementor Pro: website and contact form
- CleanTalk: spam protection for the contact form
- Google: calendar, Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads and YouTube
- Meta: Facebook, Instagram and Meta Pixel
- Kit: sending the newsletter
- Notion: planning shows and storing enquiries and contact details
- MobilePay: receiving payments
- Billy: invoicing and accounting
- Lunar: banking and receiving payments
- Nicolaj Namyslo (No9 Agent): agent who receives enquiries and handles quotes and bookings
Data may also be passed on to an accountant, a lawyer or public authorities such as the Danish Tax Agency when required by law. Your data is never sold.
7. Transfers to countries outside the EU
Some of the suppliers, including Google, Meta, Kit and Notion, are US companies, so your data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which are designed to protect your data to the same level as in the EU.
8. How long is data kept?
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking, are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, because many events recur year after year, and are then deleted.
- Booking and invoice information is kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year it relates to, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
- Newsletter: your data is kept until you unsubscribe.
- Cookies are kept for the period shown in the cookie overview in the cookie settings.
9. Security
Your data is stored on a password-protected computer and phone and in systems secured with passwords and two-factor authentication. Only Anders Andresen and his agent have access to information about enquiries and bookings.
10. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data registered about you
- have incorrect data corrected
- have your data deleted, unless it must be kept by law
- have the processing restricted
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (data portability)
- withdraw your consent without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal

11. Complaints

12. Changes
This policy is updated when there are changes to how personal data is processed. The latest version is always available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
