Every year, Restaurant Flammen gathers employees from across the country for its annual company event. In 2026, the event took place at Messe C in Fredericia, where employees were transported by bus from all over Denmark. The evening was hosted by Anders Breinholt and included an awards ceremony celebrating outstanding restaurants and employees for their achievements throughout the year.

Anders Andresen was booked as the evening's energizer, delivering a 20-minute show for all 750 employees before dinner was served. The performance combined comedy, audience interaction and magic, with several guests taking part on stage. One of the highlights was a custom trick created especially for Flammen, where an employee freely chose a four-legged animal while Anders had already predicted the outcome in advance. The routine perfectly matched Flammen's restaurant concept, where guests can choose from a wide variety of meat dishes.
